OEM & ODM

Two ways to put a chair in your container

Bring a finished chair and we'll build it under your label (OEM). Or bring a market and a price and we'll design around them with our own frames and patterns (ODM). The choice is yours; we'll just be straight about the lead-time trade-off.

Most problems on a private-label order are decided long before production — in the sample. So we don't skip it. We confirm the frame, the finish, the fabric, the foam and the carton on a physical sample first, because a fault you catch on one chair costs a courier; the same fault on a full container costs a season.

"We'd rather lose a week on sampling than have you lose a container. The math isn't close."

Brief & quote

Send a reference chair or a sketch, quantities and market. We quote with the build we'd actually recommend, not just the cheapest.

Sample

We make a physical sample: frame, finish, fabric, colour and packaging — signed off before any tooling.

Pilot & test

A short pilot run, plus BIFMA / EN bench testing and third-party reports if your market needs them.

Production & ship

FCL production with the carton spec proven in sampling. We pack legs and finishes to survive the trip.

Send the spec — we'll quote the chair you actually need

Chair types, quantities and your market in a few lines. If something is outside what we run well, we'll say so rather than burn your sampling budget.
